Ghost OG
A clone-only OG Kush cut. The story goes that a grower called OrgnKid on the OverGrow.com forum passed it to a breeder called Ghost, who gave it the name.
A phenotype of OG Kush. One listing says Afghani × OG Kush instead; that account stands alone.
